Streamlight Black Rubber Helmet Strap

Bought this for my firefighter husband. Fits on his helmet perfect and holds things securely. He has had it over a year now and it has not stretched out.

This Streamlight rubber helmet strap is a lifesaver for firefighters! It keeps my flashlight securely attached to my helmet, even in the toughest conditions. It also doubles for accountability (name written on it) and triples as extra security for my shield mounted gopro. Durable, reliable, and easy to use, it's an essential piece of gear.

fits fairly well on my traditional helmet but is kind of tight, nevertheless, it works. overall pretty happy with this product's quaality and durability. I've had it for about 6 months and have it has withstanded hot environments. definitely feel I have gotten my money's worth and would purchase again when the need arises.

I got hardhats for taking some large, broken branches out of a tree after a storm. After cleaning branches that had tangled high in the trees, the hardhats sat around. During a day-long power outage, we taped flashlights to them. That left adhesive residue on the flashlights (and hardhats). They were a lot more comfortable, less expensive, and more versatile than headlamps with elastics (that pull and tangle long hair) or baseball cap lights, so we did a search and found these bands. We use them for household projects, storm clean-up, power outages, and sometimes taking the dogs out or shoveling snow at night. I've put the band on a bike helmet and attached a red strobe light facing front and back. You can pick and choose whatever flashlight works for you, and use it as a head lamp, then remove it easily when you don't need it. You aren't stuck with an uncomfortable headlamp with tiny, expensive replacement batteries, or a usb rechargeable light that stops working when the fragile charging port gets a bit of dust or dirt in it. Put a small hand tool or pencil on the other side (or in both sides, if you don't need the light).

Got it in the mail and the next day had a fairly hot fire and it held up very well. It was a bit hard to get around the helmet but I’m sure it’ll loosen some over time, but at least you know your gear is secure in the band. Will buy again if something happens to it.

Works as advertised

Fits tight, but once you have it positioned with the light inserted it will not move. Took awhile to get the item delivered to Ontario, Canada.

Excelente banda ajustable para el casco, le puedes poner los linternas y sin problemas queda bien

Esta muy útil, realmente se ajusta muy bien y cabe desde una lámpara delgada hasta una gruesa, yo la uso con una wuben l3 y queda fija, solamente contemplen que si su casco es de visor no va a funcionar porque le estorba.
