Good quality, easy to take, and no side effects

Good quality, Great Product
I didn't reallizr the dosage until i had already purchased it. I was previously taking a lower dose of folic acid daily under my doctor's advice. The tablets are small and i have no problem swallowing. because i was on a lower dose i just take them 1 week on 1 week off. I probably could take them a few times a week also. This bottle is a great value. I have it set up on auto shipment every 6 months but can actually extend it out
