I love this product. I started taking this after I had brain surgery. I couldn't speak. I could only say my name and it was key for my brain recovery. I continue to take it and I can speak clearly my brain is still recovering. I don't have the memory that I used to have, but it is coming back to me. It's a lifelong recovery with brain injury, but it is worth it, and there are no downsides to taking this medication I don't worry about the size. I just take a lot of water and just pop it right in. I take it one time a day. I have no side effects and many many benefits. Thank you so much for this product.

It works! The first bottle lasted a long time and at the start I noticed a difference in my husband the first week of him taking it. As time went on, it seemed he was struggling more and by the end of the bottle I figured it wasn't helping and stopped it. Days later I noticed he was having more issues with memory and focus and after a week of this put two an two together and quickly ordered another bottle. This along with a mushroom supplement has greatly helped him be able to think better overall and the two supplements together have given him optimal results. The pills are on the larger size, like fish oil. They are gel caps and easy to swallow. I love the large size bottle so don't have to order every month. There is no aftertaste. Quality supplement made in GMP facility in the US and third party lab tested.

I have tried and used a number of supplements to try to clear out the brain fog. As an older man and my seventies is an important to keep my brain working actively and sharply. I have tried as I've said other supplements with some success. Phosphatidyl serene would be one. And I think that you can Plateau on these things where they don't work as well as they once did. So I'm using this one and I am I think having some success with it. And it is starting to clear out the brain fog. One of the things you have to consider when you take supplements is that it may take a little while for it to get in your system so it starts to activate. You can't take one of these supplements, for example glucosamine chondroitin for joint support which took me 6 months before I felt any good results. But you can't take these things and expect results in a day or two generally. It has to stack inside your body to where you get enough of it in there where your body starts to change something for the better. And I think this is true of this supplement. But I believe that phosphatidylcholine can help me regain some of my memory and retention and quick thinking which I generally have. So, so far so good. And I will update as time goes by. But this is showing promise for me and I'm already beginning to think a little more clearly. And quickly.

Updated: The first time I took this on an empty stomach. That is a no-no! PC stimulates bile so it should always be taken with food. Since the original review I have learned that my body has genetic abnormality where I don’t make PC internally at the level needed for proper bile flow. I’ve been taking 1 cap a day with my first meal with no adverse reaction, and my digestion has continued to improve along with taking my other digestive aids. I also take 2 other Double Wood supplements and they seem to be high quality and effective. Original review: Made me sick, tingly, with flu-like feelings and diarrhea. I realize this may be a herx/detox reaction, but I can’t do this. I think the dose is way too high to be able to titrate up slowly.

I had first heard of this to help brain function after getting the Big C. Then I also heard the benefits for your liver, which my enzymes have been on the high side so of course I wanted to try. Well, just got my blood tests back after taking this a month and can confirm this helps out the liver! My liver enzymes aren't perfect yet but they're a lot better. Yay! Cognitively I can't tell if it's helping. There's unfortunately a lot that life has done to my brain besides the Big C so maybe I need to give it some more time. Or maybe I'm too far gone for just one supplement to help, haha. Still, just from the liver benefits alone I'll continue to take this! And yes, these pills are huge. But I'm used to them by now. They do go down easy enough!

They works. It helps with digestion, I believe they increase bile flow. No regrets.

I would have loved to use this -It is a very good product- however my sense of smell is too strong. Thus I could not take it. I had to return it.
