This is a much purchase product. I have migraines and Olbas oil on my head with medicine does the trick. I haven't had nausea in a while because if you use this early enough, your headache will go away. Put it on and take a nap and you'll recover from a normal headache without medicine many times. When our kids are sick, we put some on a napkin and put it in their room. It opens up their nasal passages and they sleep very well. It's a normal part of our routine when they are sick and they ask for it now. It works so well that you don't need a nasal decongestant, which is great if you don't want to give your kids extra medicine. This works amazingly well for muscle pain. It's like Icy Hot but much better and natural. My wife would use it after pregnancy when she would have back or leg pain. I use it whenever I have any type of leg pain, specifically when my sciatic nerve (sciatica) is acting up. Works great for foot pain too. It smells really good too and overall has so many usages. We always have a bottle available! Please keep it out of your eyes or sensitive areas. Once it's on, you can't get it off until it stops working. So be careful with your kids and make sure if you put it on a napkin or vaporizer that there isn't a chance of them touching it. We taught our kids why they can't touch it and I put some on them in a spot that wasn't sensitive so they understood the feeling. Just buy it and you'll keep buying it.

Omg. You have no idea how wonderful this essential oil is! It's perfect for boosting your mood, it's also calming and soothing in defusers, and it's miraculous for aches and pains!

I first learned about Olbas at a spa many, many years ago. I recently was reminded of it when I was looking for a good winter oil for my essential oil diffuser. It is an excellent blend for winter time! I think it helps to clear your sinuses and any lung congestion, while being a lovely refreshing scent. I would recommend using it in an essential oil diffuser as it will also add a little bit of humidity to the room which is nice in winter. You can also put a few drops on a handkerchief or in an essential oil inhaler which you can carry with you and use when you are feeling stuffy or sniffly. One of my favorite oils!

As a LMT, I have been using this for decades! I've been gifting this product to my family because we are sinus sufferers and we love it so much. It's amazing to add to foot soaks and in a facial steamer to release sinus pressure. A tad bit behind the ears releases tension and calms the nervous system. The product is essential!

This used to be better, as others have mentioned. Stronger. However, it is still quite effective for relieving a stuffy nose sans decongestants. Which is great b/c I can use less of them. It's great b/c I not only get stuffy when I am sick, but sometimes at night in bed. Lucky me, I have both indoor and outdoor allergies. It helps with those too. I have also found it to be effective for fibromyalgia muscle pain, as it gives an icy (icy-hot?) feeling. You have to use quite a bit though. That's okay b/c it lasts a long time. It is also nice as a nice natural substitute for a menthol chest vapo rub. It really has a lot of uses. You can add it to your bath to soak in, put it in the shower or pot of hot water and breathe the steamy vapors. And I cannot tell you how happy I am that it does all this only using safe and natural herbs! I actually think they have healing properties, and at least you are not putting chemicals into your body. No chemicals = no side effects. I can use this with abandon, until I smell like a pine forest. Just don't rub your eyes afterward. I ended up with an icy cold eyeball sensation. No worries; it quickly subsided. Though I am not happy that they watered down the product, it is still an amazing product for all of these reasons. For anyone who suffers from stuffiness or above-mentioned ailments, (and who doesn't), this is a must have for your personal apothecary.

Olbas oil is a great relief for aching muscles!

I was originally recommended this when I visited Whole Foods as I was having panic attacks and felt like I couldn't breathe. The person helping me said that this would help relax me and encourage deep breathing. I was desperate and I was willing to try anything, and I am so glad I did. I showed my mom the bottle and she loved how good it smelled. It turned me to a safe place. Before presentations, I would get really nervous so I would put some of this on a tissue, and bring it up with me. I would smell it when I would feel anxiety coming on. It definitely was quite helpful. This is so much better than the medicated green oil that my family used to use. We have refrained from using it for years because of the awful lingering smell. When I showed my mom this, she LOVED the smell and was willing to use it and didn't mind that it stayed with her. So now both me and my mom are obsessed with this smell. I ended up giving my mom the first bottle, and she takes deep breaths of it every day. Tip: there was an article that stated that using essential oils helps decrease your risk of airborne illness, so take inhalations of this each day before going out. This is what my mom does and she rarely ever gets sick, which is a plus because she is terrified of medication. I also use this for when my post nasal drip acts up. I rub some on my chest and prop my pillow up, and it definitely helps with the coughing.
