CzSalus Flat Knit K2 Lipedema Lymphedema, POTS Support high Compression Leggins (K2=25-30 mmHg)

I have lipedema and recently went through the journey of massive weight loss (over 100 lbs) and liposuction to remove the diseased fat. These leggings have supported me throughout. Providing supportive comfortablly strong compression. They my body to move fluid, something it struggles to do on its own. They are a bit hard to get on, but that’s because they are good, graduated compression. Order your actual size. They may look insanely small but I promise they stretch good. It does take a bit of time and work to get them on. But they eliminate almost 100% of the lipedema pain. Be prepared to urinate frequently after you have them on, as they get that third spacing fluid out. Very durable and long lasting. I wear compression at least 12 hours a day everyday and have a few pairs of these I rotate out and they have lasted with no issue.

When I bought these, it was late at night and I was half asleep lol. I didn’t notice that seller: CzSalus was based in Italy 😂. I’m telling you that for 2 reasons: 1. Shipping will take AWHILE. The first pair I bought took a month to get to me (from Italy to USA/Customs). My second pair came a little faster, slightly over 2 weeks. 2. If you know anything about Italian fabrics, you know they are of an EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY. Yes, absolutely incredible quality, these compression leggings have a TRUE 20-30mmHg feel once on! They’re super supportive! They also have some of the best stitching I have EVER seen and been fortunate enough to touch, let alone own in a garment! They are without a doubt, worth every single penny. These will suck you in and support your feet, legs and tummy extremely well! The fabric is very thick and doesn’t stretch very much at first. The first time I put them on, it took me probably 10 mins and was a heck of a workout 😂 (tip: the blue sellers name and size printed on the waistband in blue is being used as a tagless tag, they go in the BACK). While their max size of 3X does technically fit me according to their size chart, I do wish they offered just one more size up; on the days where my legs are extra swollen, a little extra stretch/room would be helpful. So keep the above in mind when you go to buy. Yes without a doubt buy them… but if the measurements shown for their max size of 3X are even a tiny bit smaller than your body… I recommend you either lose a couple inches first, or buy them but understand that they might not fit you right away. If your measurements are right on the line like I was, they will probably fit… but I recommend you try them on when you’re full of energy because stretching them out to get them on you will be a workout and you’ll use a ton of energy lol! I purchased this brand of leggings to help with compression after surgery. They are very durable, great quality, but a little hard to get on. Once you get them on, they'll give you the compression you need. If you are looking for post surgery compression, I would go a size up, so that you can get them on easily.

I was pleasantly surprised my struggle to put these on ended at the foot. My problem with swelling stems from blood clots, I have been struggling for over 30 years to find something that fits properly. My daughter was talking to her Lipedema Lymphedema massage therapist about what type of compression clothing would be best. These came up in conversation. Because they go by height and weight you get a better fit. These also do not slip but are snug and comfortable. Great product, I was taken back initially by the price but after trying them, walking around and sleeping in them I’m glad I made the investment. These leggings are textured to massage therapist about legs as you move around. So great.

I am giving this product only 3 stars becasue of the fit. I was very careful about measuring and referring to the size chart before ordering the K2 legging. I think the fabric and level of compression is great. They're very challenging to get on, but my biggest complaint is how ill-fitting they are aroung the back of the upper thigh. I'm not a huge woman (size 10) and the M are so tight high on the back of my upper thigh that they dig in and leave a crease.indent about 2-3" below my buttocks. I had surgery and thought maybe I was just too swollen yet in that area; however, even after the swelling went down they still did this. I had also ordereed the summer K1 leggings for a lighter weight and cooler option in warmer temps. The M in these fit too loose. They're super comfortable and stretchy, but no nearly compressive enough. I think I need to size down to a S in the K1. It's odd, because they both use the same size chart and according to the chart, I'm a M in both. They both fit very differently.

I was very disappointed to receive these new black leggings. In October, I purchased the nude one in size large. They are great and the sizing is correct. I really wanted a black pair but they were out in large so I ordered the extra large. When I received them, I couldn't even get them on one leg! They were so tight! I thought at first that maybe I ordered a different compression weight but no, they are the same. I've included pictures so you can see the black XL's compared to the nude L size. The black ones I believe are actually a size medium or even a small. I am returning them! When you need garments like these for everyday wear, it is extremely frustrating to have this happen. I really hope this is a one time mishap. I thought this was a good company to order compression from as they were recommended to me. I'm going to order a size 2XL to see if there is any difference, etc. I'm giving them one last chance before they lose me as a customer. :-(

J'étais un peu septique en le commandant, au début c'est un peu difficile à enfiler mais le confort est là de suite. Je suis atteinte de lipoedeme et ça me soulage vraiment, quand on a pris l'habitude c'est plus facile de le mettre.

The leggings are absolutely fantastic — very soft. They’re quite hard to put on, but that’s exactly how compression leggings are supposed to work. I’m 178 cm tall and wear size S, and they fit perfectly. They really support my legs. I’ve recently had lipedema surgery, so I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, but right now they feel like a second skin. Will order in a different colour
