Perfect for Crafting Those Viral Cheesecloth Ghosts!
I used this fabric stiffener to make the trending cheesecloth ghosts, and it worked like a charm! The liquid was easy to apply and dried with a nice firm hold that kept the ghost shapes upright and spooky. It didn’t leave any sticky residue and gave the fabric a clean, crisp finish. The bottle goes a long way, and cleanup was super easy. If you're doing Halloween crafts or any fabric shaping projects, this is a must-have. Loved the results!

Works very well at stiffening the cotton fabric I drape on a canvas. Accepts acrylic paint easily. Holds it shape even when I turn the canvas over to apply hanging hardware. Lots of fun to use. Must work fast as it tends to dry fairly quickly.

It will work for one season. Not stiff enough to last.
I made a rather large (12x5 inch) lace ghost and although beautiful, storage is likely impossible. I do not expect it to keep its shape or last beyond the current holiday. I was hoping it would dry rock hard, but it is flimsy, even with extra coats.

Heavy duty starch
I embroider lace with my embroidery sewing machine. Once the embroidery is completed, I need to starch the lace to make it very stiff. This starch is the only one I’ve tried that will make things like a lace angel tree topper stiff enough to stand up
