The other standard is 220V, not 200V. Either way, you must look for such voltage designation. Higher than 110-120V voltage (like 220V) will definitely fry bulbs or any other electric product designed and specified for 120V.

Should it work with european 220v current?

Hi, Have a look at the image of the bulb, on the side of it it say "120V." Hope you find some others. Maybe look on the UK Amazon site?
