Q: Is there meat in this product

There is none that I recall just cheese ravioli and tomato sauce.

Q: Can these be served room temperature without microwaving? Or do they need to be microwaved to be fully cooked and or for proper texture?

Yesmicro Yes micro wave them I usually cut them in half so they are easy to check temp in middle

Q: How long before they expire?

The ones i received say July 22, 2020. But you might get different ones. I have never had a problem with expiration dates from Amazon.
