I enjoyed it.
It is what it is smoked oysters on the dry smoke side with oil. The texture on the small smoke oyster's kind of reminds me of liver.

Get on the oyster train before influencers ruin the value.
I moved up the food chain from being vegetarian to these. I treat them as a supplement since they are so nutrient dense, and I dont want to overdo it on iron and zinc, so I drained and rinsed them to get a true weight, which is about 90g. Texture and flavor is enough to enjoy on their own, but I will definitely be putting them over rice as a staple.
