Checksoft Premier

Will not properly load on windows 11 platform. Designed for something older that cannot be put on a newer pc. Program loads. But will not load check design. Which is what it was purchased for. Save your money unless you have an older pc to use it on

This product is not usable anymore. I cannot install it on my Windows 11 computer, and the CD package was already opened when I received it. I missed the return deadline and lost my money. I do not recommend buying this product.

followup: It was "unsealed" upon arrival, but disk loaded properly. This program would probably be viable for someone that prints their own checks. i do not have a printer. However, I thought this would be good to do checkbook reconcile, but it does not work, things did not work properly and I wasted so very much time entering so much data for it to not even add properly and figures were off. I think the program must have a glitch. I will not give bad stars as I believe it would be good program for someone that just wants to print their own checks. or maybe because it was an opened item, it did not work, anyway, my 2 cents.

Program does not work right. The check Register doe not show deposit. Have discontinue use.

I cannot honestly review this software, as I am a blind person, and many softwares are not compatible with the screen reading application which I must use in order to access and use a computer. So, the down side is, I have to try out different softwares sometimes to find one that will work. In this case, I found an app for my iPhone that did the trick. Evanquest is a good software company I am sure, but many of these companies are not concerned with making their softwares accessible for persons of different handicaps, and that's OK, because there are other ones out there who do, and they are getting the business of over 3 million visually impaired people in the United States alone. And, that's quite a chunk of change to let pass you by. So, I found out that the software will not work for me, so I returned it. Amazon was very gracious and gave me a full refund.

ZERO stars if possible, and even zero stars is being extremely generous. This works for a while, then it will not print checks, does not recognize your system, accounts disappear, and you are left with business that needs to be paid and no way to pay it with this useless crapware. Ohhhh….AND…there is no support. None. Nada. Nothing. And the repair disk will not work, will not install…. Any Windows update (ANY) will totally throw your Check writing and bookkeeping capability into a total tailspin. Which is eventually unrecoverable. I use this for business, 19 accounts. It has now decided it is DONE. And payments are due, checks need to be printed…. And it is DONE. It is SO awful, the creator, Avanquest, does not provide support. At all. They know it’s crap, too. DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE, as cheap and tempting as it may be. It will be the ruin of you and your business.

Comes with 2 programs (actually more) that don't talk to one another. You make and invoice and mark it paid but you have to open another program to track payments, deposits and so on. If you like qbooks you won't like having to make double entries. Seems to be they just through this together.
