As the mechanism of gut flora becomes better understood, certain strains of probiotics are being associated with specific outcomes. For me it took the form of some minor indigestion. Second update (9-9-19): I’ve lost five pounds. I’m not as inclined to eat between meals and I don’t wolf down my food as much. I also have less of a sweet tooth. Could be a placebo effect but I’ll take it however I get it. I am definitely handling exercise and exertion better. Third update (3-6-20): lost 12 pounds so far. I don’t intentionally diet now and I wasn’t obese before, but I’d be delighted to get back to 175 lbs from 200 where I was. I’m halfway there!

I wanted to lose a few pounds so I bought this supplement. this is my 2 bottle i have used so. I want to give it time to let it work and $66 worth of this product. I have not lost a single pound. Pros: no extra gas no stomach discomfort easy bowel movement nothing crazy cons: doesn't work as advertised overall: If you are taking this to see some weight lost its better to try something else.

This probiotic used along with Konjac root has almost eliminated my gastric problems of 50 years. I have tried many cures and this one is the only one that has helped.

This probiotic did make me more regular and my lower stomach really felt a lot better but… I started having issues binge eating:( I never had this issue before and it started on day two of taking the product. I usually take my probiotics in the morning before I eat anything but I changed it to before bed to see if it makes a difference with the binging, I did wake up a few hours in, to my stomach growling super bad but just went back to sleep so taking it in the evening and sleeping thru the hunger it causes is probably the best bet.

I’ve used life space brand of probiotics for a long time now and I alternate between the broad one and this shape one. No I don’t think I’m losing weight on this but I take it to ensure I have a variety of good bacteria . Many probiotics I can’t take and react to so I have had to look for certain strains and to limit / remove the ones I know react with me and or trigger histamine / mast cell issues .
