This organic turmeric root is a top quality product. I've been purchasing this for a few years and highly recommend it. It is a great spice to add to smoothies or to flavor food. It has a long list of health benefits especially when used along with black pepper. I also buy ginger and cinnamon from this company. All three products are superior quality.

Great product
This is a great product. I put a small amount in almost everything I cook. It's great if you have a condition where there is constant inflammation like arthritis. I have arthritis in my neck and haven't taken any painkillers since I started using this product.

Makes great capsules
I buy in bulk so that I can make my own turmeric capsules, MUCH less expensive!! I have tried several brands and I have found my favorite in Frontier Organic Turmeric. I add a little black pepper to the top of each capsule as it aids in assimilation.

Wonderful product and yay for organic
Wonderful product and yay for organic! This has been great in cooking and in Golden Milk...also perfect for making your own capsules. If using for medicinal reasons, be sure to combine it with a little ground black pepper to increase the absorption rate.
