Colored Oval Swing

My Grandchildren do not live close by, so I was looking for some outdoor play equipment that wouldn't take over my entire yard only to be used once annually. This seemed like a great first addition to what I hope will be a growing collection of "portable" outdoor play gear, and I'm very happy with the purchase. We just held our first annual grandkids birthday party, since it was possible for all of them to be in town on the same day, so this swing, together with a rented bounce house gave us lots of outdoor fun. Now and then you run across a product whose design (top to bottom--including ALL of the user experience like making the assembly instructions decipherable and adding a video link for real klutzes) makes it clear that the manufacturer has been listening closely to customers. Everything about this purchase from design to assembly to hanging systems gave me the confidence I had made a purchase I wouldn't be disappointed in. I installed the swing quite low to the ground, since my landscaping is not mature and my grandchildren are toddlers. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the hanging hardware and the thought that has gone into making hardware that is adjustable and easy to install and remove. This consists of a rubber tree strap that wraps around the tree limb (or hanging bar) and helps prevent damage to the tree. The hanging hardware includes heavy, high-quality locking carabiners and a swivel joint that allows the swing to spin without twisting up the suspension cables. The best part for me was that the entire lower swing assembly can be removed for easy storage, leaving the tree strap in the tree. This makes it easy for me to store the swing out of the sun and elements when the kids aren't around, and re-hang it in seconds when they come to visit. The hardest part for me was finding a tree limb on my 10-year-old sapling sycamore that I was confident would support the weight of several children (thus the low-level hanging for me this year). Happily, the swing includes adjustable side straps that made it very simple to adjust the swing height. I'm pretty convinced that as the tree grows, the adaptability of the swing will continue to make it an easy system, and I'm excited to see how growing grandchildren put it to use for many, many more years. I suspect I'll invest in other products from this company. They have found a loyal customer if the experience is as positive with other products.

This saucer swing is SO WONDERFUL! I wish I had bought it years ago! Pros: - EASY ASSEMBLY. My nine year old assembled this saucer by herself. I just tightened the nuts with the included tool. - VERY ADJUSTABLE. The attached ropes can easily slide several feet shorter or longer, as needed. Our tree branch isn't level, but that's not a problem. We simply adjusted the ropes on one side. - ENDLESS FUN. My kids voluntarily leave the intertubes to go out and play on this swing, in so many different ways. Sometimes they swing high, sometimes they lounge lazily, sometimes they swing together, and sometimes they appear to be auditioning for Cirque du Soleil. - COMFORTABLE. The internal metal saucer frame is well padded, the center of the saucer is smooth and solid, and the ropes include soft hand grips. Cons: - PRICE, maybe, but it feels like a great value. My kids have gone out to play on this swing EVERY SINGLE DAY since Christmas. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Sorry I didn't respond to your original email. The package arrived undamaged and either on the day promised or a day early. I'd have to go back and check, but doesn't matter I was pleased. The half round bars with foam protection are a little difficult to install. First one is Ok, but the rest are a challenge to keep the foam from wanting to slid off the bar when you get the bar like 80% into the sleeve. Getting the nuts and washers onto eye bolts was slightly challenging as well, but my 70 year old fingers aren't so nimble anymore. Hanging swing was easy. Hung it on an old swing set frame we had. We bought this for our three grandkids who are 7, 4, and 3 to entertain themselves because we are currently watching them so their parents can work from home during this isolation. The 7 year old took right to it, The 2 year old was reluctant at first but he is now swinging and spinning by himself and with big sis. The 4 year old hasn't been on it yet as she is a special needs child and is not quite sure what to think. Anyway, bottom line- we love your product. Purchase for grandchildren and it's favorite new toy; however, the swivel is junk and doesn't swivel regardless of weight (or lack of) applied. The swing assembly was simple, and it appears to be well made. We ordered a nice anodized aluminum pro swivel and are tossing out the junk swivel that was included with kit. Otherwise, the swing is very sturdy and very fun.

Installed under our deck and it is doing so well. Kids love it. Easily can fit 2 small toddlers on it

This swing is very durable and very easy to assemble! Great vibrant colors, and soft, but strong rope. It came with everything you need to hang, but we added rope to get length from our tree branch. Great soft handles for the kids to hang on to. I replaced a similar model that I have had for three years -- this is lighter and seems more durable than the previous version from a different company. We use as a tree swing and it is perfect for all types of imaginative play and can withstand my two active and growing boys. My boys can both lay down and have their entire body inside the swing. Great addition to our yard, and good for hours of play and fun! You can even relax for a short rest with a book. Very happy with the product -- and ready for years of fun.

We bought this 3.5 years ago now, and it still works great with no issues, and our kids still love this swing! Spring/Summer/Fall it gets used almost every day (and still gets used a bit in the winter, when the snow isn't too deep). We've had many occasions when several neighbor kids are all packed on at the same time - never had a problem! Highly recommend.

My grandchild got this for Christmas and said “best present ever”. They enjoy spending time outside leisurely with plenty of room for both at the same time.

Review of the oval swing - disappointing that the colours have faded so quickly. We remove the swing and store under cover when not being used - it would have only had about one week in the sun, and the colours around the edges are now pale, where they had started vibrant. Very disappointing.

Initial impressions of the swing were great. Sturdy frame, strong ropes and good bolts for connections. The kids loved it and spent many hours on it. However, even though it is designed as a tree swing it is not able to withstand the elements of being outside. The coloured of the material soon started to fade and then after only 9 months the coloured material around the side ripped. The quality of the material part of the swing is not up to a standard for being an outside object. The rest of the swing is sturdy but the material part needs improvement. They offer replacement mesh but if it lasts less than a year it will become a costly exercise to constantly replace. I would say it is not fit for purpose and needs improvement.
