I purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband and here is his review: Good bottle jack. Compact, strong, adjustable height and a carrying case. Only flaw is it doesn't return on its own after releasing the hydraulic pressure.

Had to use it a couple of times on my super duty and it works great with very little effort. I like that it comes neatly stored in its own compact case. I also purchased an axle adapter to compliment it.

Bought this for my 27' travel trailer. Like the compact sizes. It store away in a compact space. lift my trailer with ease. Then store s in its own case. no more lost jack handle. Slides easy between the axles, cupped head for secure lifting. Only downside is I wish they encluded a thurd section for the handle . That would gine a little more leverage when jacking.

Bought it for a specific purpose; straightening out the mower deck of my Ryobi 480e riding mower. With the deck removed, I used the jack vertically (as intended) with some blocking, and it easily pushed out the deck where I had hit a stump while mowing. (Note: it is much preferable to stop the momentum of the mower using its brakes) Pros: very nice case, great finish, works smoothly, and little effort to use (in my application, at least) , and all welded construction means it won't leak hydraulic fluid where welded. Cons: When received, the adjustable screw top was hard to turn (it felt gritty, or like threads were mis-matched). I used light machine oil (sewing machine oil) and flooded the threads, and worked it in and out several times, and it is now free to turn. The jack is welded rather than threaded connections. if the seals at top or handle leak, the entire jack must be replaced. However, replacement seals can be costly, and time consuming to replace. Thar make this aspect both a pro and a con. I recommend this jack be stored inside. (I live in humid Florida), as rust on the ram and pump cylinder can cause accelerated wear on the seals. Keep it clean and oil the bright metal parts will extend it's life
