had Penrod non-spring hinges-- so I figured the Penrod spring hinge would be a perfect fit. And it was. Too out 8 screws, put the new hinge on, put back eight screws. Easy as pie and an absolute perfect fit into the existing mired door and frame. Set the springs-- and voila. Door closes beautifully. Great product.

Heavy-Duty, beautiful design, and finish. These were the exact replacement for my existing hinges which had broken. Very easy to install and adjust; existing holes in the door frame, and screw holes in the new hinges aligned perfectly.

Product was the exact match need to replace a hinge that was 17 years old. Easy to install and calibrate to auto close the door.

These were replacement door closing hinges. The originals were deliberately broken by the builder supposedly because many people do want the door closing feature. We doubt that story. Rather it is likely because a little time needs to be expended when installing so that the closing action works properly. We installed these replacements and they work as intended. We recommend.

had to use 2 hinges, to fully shut the door, but work fine.

Do not buy this product. Installed hinge (tried both) and then attempted to install pins once you have tension set. Holes for pins are not aligned properly so you are unable to install pins. I wasted 2 hours doing all I could to use these hinges and finally gave up. Best part is- I can't return them because it’s “too late” by a day. If you decide to try these - be sure you do it quickly so you can send them back for a refund once you suffer my plight. These things are junk.

These were an exact match to the hinges on our door. replaced them easily. Now my door swings shut on it's own again! the originals lasted 10 years, so if these do as well, I am happy.
