Double Hammock with Two Tree Straps & Carabiners, 600lbs

I've never owned a hammock before this one, but I'm absolutely in love! It's quick and easy to set up, really comfortable, and easy to stow away. I love that it comes with everything you need for a good price. I've used mine ~5 times now, and it has held up great and seems well made. I can't wait to take it out camping in a few weeks. My only complaint is one that isn't the fault of the SEGMART or the product. It seems weird to say this, because the hammock feels HUGE when you're in it, but the 9' straps often seem to fall just a little too short of the trees I'm trying to hang between. It might just be my area, but the trees are often just out of reach, or their diameter is too large and eats up most of the length of the strap. Today I bought some XL 14' straps from a different company that should fix the problem. Overall, I've very happy with the hammock and I'd purchase another one if I ever had need for it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my hammock! Like a few others who have reviewed this product, I had wanted a hammock for the longest time, but didn't know where to begin. I basically didn't know what a good hammock looked like. So after reading the reviews of similarly reluctant purchasers, I hit the right hammock the first time! This is so simple to set up that it's stupid. I mean, I'm a 63-year old woman who should be in a rocking chair. Instead, I'm finding life outdoors the next best thing to heaven; now I'm doing it in this great hammock. Last week we took it to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in Minnesota, and it made our 'roughin' it days so much better. Won't go camping or backpacking overnight without it! A friend of mine told me he was going to get this same one (double), and he said he put his sleeping mat in the hammock for extra comfort, and I did that too. What an amazing experience. It easily fits two people even without the extra mat, though, and even then there is enough fabric to pull it over your head if you want to snooze without the sun in your eyes. Great product, easy to set up, easy to take down, and actually fits back inside the bag just as it came!

So I have bought a few of the Segmart's. pretty much unmatched quality. I was using a ENO at the time and my roommate wanted to grab one for him self but did not want to spend the big $ on a ENO. We found Segmart and saw what you would get for the price and said " Lets try it out" Fast forward to now i have picked one up for myself, one for my GF, i have two friends who have picked one up because of how nice they are and the Price Point. and i have picked one up for a local friend who spends a good portion of his day by the river in his hammock. sad part was he was using a cheap Walmart brand so we hooked him up with a little flavor and quality. I have had many conversations with the good people at Segmart and have nothing bad to say. they have responded to my emails quickly and have been willing to work with me when needed To sum it up - If your looking for a hammock that does much more then just be a hammock. you want strong tree friendly straps included and want to be under the price point of an ENO without straps. click the button and buy this hammock you wont be disappointed.

Great product. Very well made, triple stitching, nicely designed. Absolutely everything is included--and that means carabiners and tree straps that other companies are charging extra for. I have never dealt with one of these before, and I had it set up out of the box within about seventy seconds... literally. Couldn't be easier. The material is soft and am just delighted with the whole thing. I like the idea that you can use it as a sun shade... probably won't use it as a blanket, but it might come in handy as a sun shade on the beach. I can't imagine that the more expensive hammocks being sold are of any better quality, and this has a five year warranty. I bought two and will take them to the lake this summer to use as a double-stacked hammock "bunk bed" for the kids. They're gonna love them. The nylon taffeta is soft, durable, and will dry quickly--it'll be perfect for wet swim suits. I really wish it was made in the USA, but I'm still giving it five stars. This is a nice product.

This is a fantastic hammock. I took it to scout camp in June, and it was HOT. After I'd get done hiking all day, I would take a nap in the hammock. It is so much more comfortable than my cot, and always provides a place in the shade. At home both of my kids and I can share the hammock. I have been reluctant to get one because these children can smell me relaxing and pounce like in a meat popsicle and they're untamed animals. I'm a big guy, and chose this for its weight limit. It's perfect. My wife can get in with me, the kids can get in with me. The tree straps and caribeaners are high quality. The only thing I'd work for differently is a decent stuff sack. The plastic bag this came in isn't usable beyond a week of in/out. After having it for a bit, and I take it down any time there's rain in the forecast, I would have gladly paid a little more for a durable stuff sack.

Alright, so it would have gotten more stars, but i'm honestly kind of sad about the color. I was expecting green, not super florescent yellow. I'm kind of bummed, and wish I had chosen a different color, because I didn't want yellow. Not to mention (I'm not sure what caused it) It was a day late. it was supposed to take 2 days, and it took 3. Ordinarily I wouldn't care, but seeing as how it barely came in time my camping trip... Regardless, it's a nice hammock. It held a fair deal of weight, and was in part of being stacked 6 hammocks high. It was the third hammock up, and held it's own with being stood on, sat in, and pulled on. It was also the only one that dried very quickly, since it rained a lot while we were camping. The straps are nice, and match the color perfectly, but they are a little short. One downside is that the straps didn't come with a bag... So you either stuff the straps in with the hammock, or they sit out loose.

This purchase was exactly what I needed this weekend. So I bought this hammock with one purpose...and that was to set up to have a place to relax at one of the exchange points during a Ragnar Relay (Reach the Beach). I had been super excited to get to use it. I had been told by a friend or two that maybe I should consider doing a trial setup to make sure that it would go smoothly when I actually needed it. I, of course, didn't take this advice. So come time to set it up I was a little nervous that it'd be a huge pain. It was so so so simple. Picked two trees and next thing ya know, I had my hammock set up. Even beyond that I ended up getting to use it a second time in the relay because I used it to sleep outside during my van's overnight downtime. Set up was just as easy peasy as the first time, and it was so perfect and comfy for getting some sleep while everyone else crashed in the van. This hammock was a great purchase. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying I am very pleased with the segmart hammock. It looks great feels great and seems very sturdy. The straps are awesome. I recently bought a eno double nest hammock from sams club to see how it would compare to the segmart. So far I can't tell much of a difference besides the price and what people say when they see the brand. I actually like the straps for the segmart better they seem like they will last longer. My daughter loved the colors that the segmart came in, and for 40$ with straps it's really a great deal. My eno was 60 with the straps. I would definitely recommend saving the 20 bucks and getting the segmart. I will say that I really like the eno as well, and I like the fact that it has its own ecosystem that surrounds it, there are rain flys and nets and underquilts that all work right along with the eno hammock. It's like apple products I suppose, there is a premium but it all works well together.
