This came in a well protected box with no pieces missing. It was really easy to use (even if there had been no instructions there’s only about 4 parts), and the chairs come in their own protective travel bags.

I put it together and almost fell asleep in it instantly. I just wish there was a quick release as opposed to having to use tools to take apart/put together the upper arm to the hitch part.
