Quality Lexan.
Used it to make a replacement window to install a portable A/C unit. I have casement windows so the exhaust mount that came with the unit was useless. Pretty easy to cut with a hole saw.

Cut well with standard-blade circular saw
Needed to replace to 11”-ish x 41”-ish broken glass panes in a bedroom window. Researched the best method for cutting this Lexan and found that a high tooth count carbide tipped blade was recommended for a circular saw, as I do t have a table saw. Well, I didn’t have one of those blades handy, so I used the basic blade that was in the saw. I encountered no problems with chipping at all (I did go relatively slow with the saw). It also helped that this has a bit of flex to it, unlike glass, so that I could navigate it into the frame more easily.

Shipped on time, seems OK material
* Shipping Packaging could have been better * specifically to protect the corners. Material is heavy and clear, marked "Lexan" but I can't confirm and don't really care care about brand for my use. Cuts well with electric saw. One corner was banged/small chip probably during shipment. 2'x4' piece was shipped with one layer of cardboard & tape, so edges and corner are semi-exposed. I suggest vendor should add cardboard protective corners. If you need full-size edge-to-edges, then allow for possible shipping damage unless vendor adjusts packaging. Arrived on time.

Exactly what I needed!
The 1/4" polycarbonate was perfect for my needs and is easy to work with. I made front and rear shields for the canopy that I've fashioned for my tractor in preparation for adding a rear snow thrower. The polycarbonate cuts nicely with a fine-tooth saw blade (e.g., carbide 60 tooth 7 1/2" finishing blade) and drills cleanly with Unibits. (Make sure it's clamped to a flat surface before cutting and use a saw guide before cutting it.) I trimmed the exposed side panel edges with an inexpensive plastic lattice cap available at any home center. The trim is not necessary but it looks better. I haven't assessed 'durability' but I have no doubt it will last as long as the tractor!
