LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star Dual Inverter Split AC (Copper, 2019 Mode, lKS-Q18HNZD , White)

As on delivery and post delivery installation - Before ordering this product from Amazon, I checked customer reviews. Most of them were average or below average, especially for LG after sales service and coordination between LG and Amazon. But keeping trust on LG brand reputation and Amazon's services, I made decision to go fo this.And thanks to LG and Amazon to keep my trust stronger @Hyderabad, Telangana on 1st March 2020. Giving review about product within 2 days will not good enough, so will update it after sometime. Wonderful experience - Regarding services by Amazon and LG for this product I'll give full on full. I got delivery on scheduled date and time with really careful hands. I was afraid about installation due to bad reviews, but I have trust on Amazon since around 4 years. After delivery they register my request to LG on my request same day, LG appointed local service provider within 2 hours and then immediately I got call from LG service provider to schedule visit. I request them to install on next day as it was Sunday, they fixed and reached on time. Wow LG - not only product is beautiful but LG deserves full points for their amazing service. The technician with an assistant done everything required with enough care and in last checked it's functionality and then given demo on company's fixed charges. As on 26 May 2020 (After around 2 month of installation in Peak Heat Days) I guess my decision to choose LG was correct. It's Himalayan cooling makes room super-cool within 30 minutes. In normal cooling mode when outside temperature is around 42 in Hyderabad 20-22 degree temp. of AC is much effective. I read too many bad comments about it's noise and performance but by god grace I'm not feeling any of them. It's superb Product. My recommendation with 5 starts again... if you are ready to spend 40-45 k for AC for a medium sized room, you should go for it without any doubt.

Worst installation from service people's. They fitted the outdoor unit at just 4 feet from ground lvl. As per amazon mentioned the service cost of 699,they charge additional 250 for fitting outdoor unit as well. Cheated service employees and in between they left as it is and look for another installation. Then they came by 9 pm to complete remaining. AC is very good, noise quiter than whisper, energy ⛮ control is added advantage. Cools less than 3 minutes. Conformable air circulation and many features.

I installed this AC in 220 sqft room with roof exposed to sun. It's cooling the room extremely well. Himalayan cool feature is really good to cool room quickly. Air throw is very good and it spreads all over the room nicely. Very quite while running. Good thing is remote shows live room temperature and you can assess performance of AC by comparing how quickly temperature drops to cool the room. I bought this in 38,000 INR and installed it in 1,000 INR inluding tax + 850 outdoor unit brackets I already had core drilling done in room so it took only about 45 min. to get complete unit installed. 2 LG guys came for installation, looked very experienced and did their job well. I just started using this product, let's see how it performs over the time.

Excellent, soundless, you won't feel disheartened on your buying. Installation was perfect with cost around 1650. No need of stabalizer. Am writing this review after 15 days of use. 1. Smooth functioning 2. Very energy efficient ( i run this for 12 hours which cost around 16 units) 3. Totally soundproof. 4. Cools faster than normal AC 5. Comes with 10 years compressor warranty. 6. Installation is just perfect. Many guys reported delay but for my case it was perfect thanks to amazon and LG for same. Came in at 10 a.m. sharp and by 1 p.m. it was done with demo.

The product is okay, as good as any other a/c. I think a 2-star ac for half the price is better value for money. Installation was promised within 48 hours of delivery. After 56 hours, still nobody called. If you call LG customer care and press 2 for English, they talk in Malayalam. It happened all the 3 times I called. I think it is purposely done to infuriate an already irate customer. Installation was an absolute nightmare. The installation boys did a very rushed job and leaked all the gas, which I found out the next day because it was only blowing hot air. Then, a few more days to get LG to fix it. Don't expect a demo or things like that. The boys asked me to read the manual and find out. They have an LG app which you can download and register complaints online. But nobody reads them. I registered one, and when there was no response, I called the installation boys directly and sorted out my issue. But the LG app shows that log as "OPEN", a week after it was resolved. The product: Specs mention the noise level at 31 db. But I guess that is when the ac is switched off. Because when it is working it is quite noisy, I get a reading of over 75 db. LG says that after it runs for a few hours, the noise level drops lower. All said and done, I am happy with the simple Samsung 2 star (Aluminum) in the other room bought 5 years ago at less than half this price, and the most satisfying after-sale service. It was my fault to go after glitz like inverter, copper, low noise, 5-star, blah-blah and burn my pockets.
