1人分のお好み焼きを焼いたり山芋鉄板、朝食のハムエッグなどは調理してそのまま、温めて保温機能のあるお皿としても焼きそばやハンバーグなどに重宝します。 元々スキレットでこのような使用法をしていましたが、琺瑯加工がある分お手入れも楽です。 ストウブ商品はお鍋を含め色々使用してますが、こちらが1番出番が多いです。 蓋がないので使用方法は限られますが、この大きさとストウブならではのデザインと安心感でお勧めできるアイテムです。

C’est de la fonte certes c’est lourd mais pour cuisiner c’est impeccable, il faudra le culotter pour éviter qu’il attache lorsqu’on s’en sert de poêle .
