Delish
I eat this all the time, the broth is delicious and the noodles are perfect. It's super easy to cook fast for a fast lunch. I throw some frozen sweet potato chunks and peas into it then toss a fried egg on top and bam - I have a decently nutritious and fast lunch.

Wonderful base!
So I love these noodles a lot. I have food sensitivities and these noodles don't upset my stomach. They have a great texture if cooked properly. I read that some people consider them bland but that's why you should add your own seasonings along with the spice packs it comes with. I use the noodles as a base for meat, vegetables and broth. After they are cooked the water is quite starchy in appearance. I pour that off and replace it with a clear, seasoned broth. I add the flavor packs along with onion and garlic powder, paprika, green onions, spinach, etc... and meat. It's absolutely fantastic! They seem small in size but are quite fulfilling once done.

Healthy ramen alternative
I was looking for a healthier alternative to ramen and thought it was worth a try. I appreciated that this ramen was relatively inexpensive as opposed to other healthy brands. The texture of the noodles was very different from regular ramen noodles, but it's not a bad texture. As the name suggests, it's very similar to a rice grain texture but it's just in noodle form. The pasta was pretty thin so some noodles were broken up before I cooked it. The seasoning pack was a bit spicy and I did not finish the broth for this reason, I'd never tried red miso soup so the flavor may have been normal but it wasn't for me. It certainly did not make my heart race like regular ramen does, so I got the results I wanted.

Great noodle
These are my favorite gluten free ramen noodles. They are not too mushy and make me feel “normal.” For getting to eat one of my favorite foods!

It said that it is a case of 10, but all I received was 1 piece, 37 dirhams for ONE PIECE OF RAMEN NOODLES. CANT EVEN RETURN IT!
