Top notch coffee
The umpteenth time I've purchased these coffee pods - compatible with Lavazza A Modo Mio machines - from this supplier. Comes in a pack of 8 boxes (i.e. 128 pods). These had a best-before date of April 2026, so a good 18 months+ shelf life. This Padova blend has a lovely creamy texture/taste, with an intensity rating of 4.5/5. Great value at just over 17p a shot.

I really don’t like it.
I found this coffee extremely unpleasant. Harsh, and smelling slightly nasty. An American friend called it “Robusta floor sweepings”, and I think he could well be right. I struggled through about 20 capsules, and pushed the rest of it to the back of a cupboard. I don’t know if it’s just my Lavazza Voicy machine, but the pump seemed a lot noisier with some capsules. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it, but then perhaps someone else will really like the flavour.

Great coffee
I am not your coffee connoisseur, bought this product as a cheaper alternative to branded coffee. I am impressed, there is enough there to keep me coming back for more: strength, flavour and foam. The only downside is the plastic waste, but I guess the discount has to be justified somehow. In truth, the branded coffee is not for home compost either
