I have been using a couple of different brands of pickle juices to prevent or at least ease my leg cramps post workout. The problem I had was forcing myself to drink small amounts of pickle juice due to the strong flavor, even though they are effective. The delivered package of pickle juice brine was packaged well with cooling packs and very impressive instructions and facts.

Just get a jug of brine from a wholesaler. This was a medium size bag that has a short shelf life. Very costly. I got a gallon jug of pickle juice from a local business for 30 bucks. It was a better value better taste better quality. This is just too expensive for what you’re getting. Also, when it was delivered to me, one of them was open, and the box was filled with pickle juice, but they don’t accept returns.

I’d like to ask however, ate the pickles organic? Overall a great product in my opinion, hopefully this trend catches on bc pickle juice is one of my workout “hacks”
