It's a quality oil filter, treat your BMW right.
When I change my BMW's oil, the filter is always Mann. I've used them every oil change on all of my BMW's. The kit includes the drain plug crush washer, and a filter housing oring, both must have items. Ease of replacement is going to vary by vehicle, but on my two BMWs it's a cake walk to swap the oil filter.
