Can you put this sticker directly onto an emergency light over a fire door to show it's the exit. If not can you show me the product

You can but it will obscure the light and make for poor illumination of the exit route.

Do these illuminate in the dark?

We have internal safety lights all over the building so it is difficult to answer that. But I would say no they just reflect existing light.
