SmallRig 15mm Carbon Fiber Rod (Non-Thread), 8 Inches Long, Pack of 2

I built an "All-In-One YouTube Studio" on a light stand. Part of that setup includes an Elgato Prompter (lens mounted). I decided to support the camera and lens with a SmallRig support system. Here are the SmallRig parts: 1. DH10 Heavy Duty Tripod Fluid Head 2. 5" Quick Release Plate for Manfrotto 3. Universal 15mm Rail Support System 4. Adjustable Lens Bracket 5. Two 15mm x 8" carbon fiber rods SmallRig parts are an industry standard and simply stated, they are high quality, durable, and economical. You can't go wrong with SmallRig parts for your camera needs! Now, I can rest assured that the camera and lens are properly supported when I attach the Elgato Prompter to the camera lens.

Smallrig always makes excellent products. Build quality and design is one of the best. Half my rig set up is smallrig

Great rails for my follow focus on a long lens.

I've been using aluminum rods from SmallRig for several years and I've never had a problem with any of them. Quality has never been an issue with those, so I decided to take a chance on their carbon fiber variety. These are no exception - They're functional, light weight, AND they look good! One of the rods I received seemed slightly larger in diameter as it was a snug fit into most of my unlocked 15mm clamps. Still no issues getting parts on or off (As I do constantly), just something to note. Have peace of mind when ordering SmallRig components, they're simply the best in terms of cost to performance!

I was pretty impressed with these Carbon Fiber rods. SmallRig has come a long way in their quality control and it really shows. They look a lot better than the rods that came with my rig as well which is a nice plus! Overall I couldn’t ask for anything more as they have held up for a few months now to heavy use with a lot of weight put on them.

Good functional rods for follow focus. Carbon fiber makes it lightweight and strong and the design/pattern of the carbon fiber looks great. Nice and short size makes it compact and the perfect fit on appropriate rod holders make it easy to mount. No complaints.

Great addition to the SmallRig system to give some additional mounting options for your video rig.

When dealing with gimbals, every oz matters for balancing.. This was a great addition that let me add a follow focus to my gimbal setup, and was extremely light weight. It's made just like the metal rods.

Great quality and sturdy!

It's shorter than you think. Double check this is the length you want on your rig.

Carbon fiber rods are stiff, smooth to the touch and most importantly they are lightweight and won’t bend. This Smallrig rods were fitted to the Neewer mount. Excellent value and recommended
