Do these act like the Mixatives or the plain alcohol inks? I want to use them from my alcohol ink palette but that isn’t possible with the Mixatives

They act just like the alcohol inks but with a pearly shine.

I´m form costa rica, if i buy in the usa, i can take it on the plane or is a dangerous merchandise?

You would have to check with the airlines

Can i use those over paint spray?

Yes! I use them on paint+primed mediums and they work great - as long as the paint color isn't darker than the ink you want to use.

How do you clean alcohol pearls from hands, brushes, etc?

Lots of alcohol for brush. Paper towel with alcohol on does it for me.
