Much neater than having lots of cartridges and tanks under the sink, works well and produces a good flow. It’s great that internally it uses the same filters as other systems. Does a great job filtering my softened water, reducing sodium etc.

Had this product a few months, ordered replacement filters. Went to change it and the product is now leaking from an internal pipe that I can’t get to. Really disappointed as this unit was meant to be a simple change over of filters. Because it’s so compacted I can’t get inside to see where it’s leaking and now all the electrical components are soaked

First of all - the waste trap piping is not included in the package - so prepare to get confused... As this is probably designed beyond the great water - the 3/8 inch waste trap adaptors are simply NOT sold in the UK... So you need to buy an adaptor from 3/8" to 1/4" a bit of 1/4" pipe, make sure you have enough space under your sink (I didn't) AND make sure you have about an inch of a straight pipe under your sink that you can connect the waste to... Then you have to find out where to hook the inlet pipe (all included) - but using a compression fittings - meaning you need to either make two perfect cuts and magically squeeze the included tee with a valve in between existing piping OR install it as "last" thing off the washing machine pipe (which is what I did). Once you have redone all your kitchen plumbing (which is what I had to do) you finally get to use it. And it's pretty awesome... I've also connected a 2-way TDS meter... so my "raw" water is 340-350 TDS... and my faucet produces 20-25 TDS... so pretty awesome... But average 4psi (or is it bars?) inlet water pressure is not enough to fill a 1.7L jug within 1 minute... In fact a glass takes good 20 seconds... Pump is quiet, fully automatic - flushes itself. Cheap to run - full set of filters including RO is £35... basically the cost of a brita jug and a few filters... Generally recommended - but hell it was fiddly to install... But that's not their fault - apart from maybe not including the waste kit...

I was planning to use this in our holiday home in Hungary but due to the lockdown I’m not able to travel now. S I thought instead of just waiting and keeping this in the box I will install it in our home here in Scotland. I was not expecting to taste the water any different because I thought we have a good quality water anyway but the result is a surprise, the water tastes a lot better with no chlorine smell or any funny aftertaste. Now we have decided to keep this here and buy another one when we will be able to travel to Hungary. I’m impressed with the high quality of this product; look very stylish with this white hosing it’s gives you a premium feeling even if not really relevant cause in most cases this will be hided under the sink anyway. It comes with a well written instruction manual which is a great help. I’m kind of a good handyman so I managed to do it for myself in about 2 hours but if you don’t feel comfortable to do it on your own, I would suggest to ask for a professional plumber. I would also recommend to visit they are website; you can use the live chat feature to ask question if you are stuck. All necessary for installation parts were in the box, eventually I did make a mistake while I was installing it and had to get a part replaced but was easy to order from the water2buy website. This is a very mixed sales description, in that, it describes the qualities of two quite different systems: The more basic RO400; and the Advanced RO900. I thought I ordered the RO900, as this suits our requirements in our country home. The RO400 simply would not do. What I received was a plain box labelled "RO600 - Water2Buy RO900 Reverse Osmosis". Yes quite confusing. Though what's inside is the RO400 with the corresponding paperwork. Sadly this isn't suitable for our current home. Though my experience with Water2Buy has been quite positive and I have no doubt, that if the more basic system matches your current situation, then you will not be disappointed with the quality of the build from this manufacturer, or their level of support.

Il miglior investimento mai fatto. Arrivato prima del tempo indicato. Ho anche preso il rubinetto a tre vie. La macchina funziona perfettamente, con una resa come indicato nella descrizione del produttore (un litro prodotto per ogni due litri di acqua). Ho fatto l'analisi dei TDS (sostanze disciolte in PPM (parti per milione)) e risulta più leggera della sant'anna 16 contro 12. Il sapore è molto simile e gradevole. Il difetto (per me) è che è molto diuretica ogni mezzora bisogna andare in bagno.

Cela fait maintenant un mois que je l’utilise. J’en suis extrêmement content. L’eau n’a pas de goût ce qui peut surprendre au début, mais après un jour ou deux c’est difficile de boire à nouveau de l’eau du robinet. La quantité d’eau produite est supérieure à celle indiquée par le fabricant, je produit un litre d’eau en environ 40 secondes ce qui est parfait pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Le seul bémol de ce produit est la faible qualité de la vanne de raccordement qui casse immédiatement même après un très petit serrage

En el anuncio de compras indica el equipo de 600GPD de produccion de agua. Sin embargo el manual indica solamente 400GPD (1.04 l/m). Falso anuncio !!!! El set de equipo (el mio) contiene el tubo de 3/8 " pero la instalación pide 1/4" !!! La pregunta es ay otro set con mayor capacidad?
