Good pre workout boost.
Been using this as a pre workout drink for about a month now. Best results come if I drink it 30 minutes before as the effect is starting as I hit the gym floor. I have more energy and am lifting heavier and repping more than without it. Not sure if creatine would be better post workout but if its still in your system after then it may be still effective. Tastes good as well.

Not a bad product at all. Taste is ok, only draw back is that there isn’t that huge kick that you get from other pre-workouts. Seller dispatched very quick and I had the goods the next day.

A good pre-workout
If you are into hardcore pre-workouts, or having been using pre-workouts for a long time, this may not be for you. I used old school C4 and Jack3d back in the day, and this isn't that. It is certainly milder, but delivers excellent levels of energy and alertness. I haven't had any crashes, and can easily go to work after a great morning workout. It now replaces my morning cups of coffee, and I get a very solid level of energy and focus beyond lunchtime. I will definitely buy again.

I haven't taken pre workout before and was expecting a kick from this. It rarely ever gave the kick and only done when consuming more than a serving. (I don't even drink much caffeine)

Nun ja hat man mal keine Lust auf Training macht man sich n pre workout zumindest geht es mir so das es dann keine alternative mehr gibt als ins Training zu gehen eine Leistungsteigerung würde ich sagen hat es nicht allerdings bringt es eine schon dazu konsequent ins Training zu gehen ;)

Excelente productoEmpieza a ser eficaz a los 15 minutos se nota un cosquilleo en la cara.Lo uso para jugar a pádel y me da un rendimiento muy bueno aguanto fácilmente los 90 minutos tan intensos con mucha energía.También lo uso si tengo un bajón durante el día una dosis muy pequeña te ayuda bastante también me lo llevo de viaje para el trabajo siempre va bien tener este golpe de energía
