First I got struggle to turn it on then I noticed that I need to charge fully be4 use I left more than 2 hrs each charging pot but it don't tell you when it's fully charged start with red led light flashing then goes off then u don't know whethers it's fully charged or not after 2 hrs. One thing Im not happy with the USB cable as my friend bought similar stimulator from amazon u might see on here it's 7. 99 and it got 3 head port USB charging so u charging all 3 on one go but my one by one by which is paying ass. But its OK when u using it make sure tht it sticks well and also after 20 min use dnt wash just wipe with dump cloth so sticky pad gets more sticky for next use, each pad can be used a month then throw it.

They are pretty decent however there are a few issues with the one I received. Not sure if it’s just me but I feel as if only some of the pads are working. Also, one arm pad doesn’t connect to the control console because the hole aren’t aligned. However it’s easy to use, but think there are better models to ems pads to look out for.

After a couple of false starts, the supplier has supplied a quality product which works as expected. I like that the power 'pucks' charge from USB and don't need batteries as have previous iterations of similar that I have owned. The adhesive/conducting pads work well, and, after around 6 uses are still working as expected.

The first time I purchased this ab trainer, it worked perfectly for about 2.5 weeks, and I was starting to feel happy with the noticeable results that it was giving Me. For no reason at all, it just stopped working one day, and instead of pulsing My ab’s, it just felt like it was giving Me a mild electric shock. After I sent this 1st ab trainer back to Amazon, I decided to give the ANLAN EMS the benefit of the doubt, as it might of just been a one-off faulty item, and I ordered a 2nd ab trainer from them. Once I received this replacement ab trainer unit, I opened it up, attached it to My ab’s and it started to give Me the mild electric shock that My original ab trainer eventually did. I really doubted myself for buying this. The claims in the listing seemed ludicrous and with a price of less than £30, I expected to have been taken for a mug. You know what? It actually works. Obviously you’re not going to look anything like the pictures in the advert, anymore than buying a new shirt is going to turn you into the male model who advertises it. However, it actually reduces your fat on fat burning mode, builds muscle and tones muscle on those modes. After a few uses the pads lose their stickyness but replacement pads are included and you can buy more. A useful tip is to put a couple of drops of water on each pad and wait five minutes. This rehydrates the pads and makes them sticky again. You’ll need to use the stimulator everyday for at least six weeks to feel the benefit. Think of it as a supplement to exercise and not a replacement. Do that and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Product worked great can’t wait to see more results! I have a herniated disc and with not being able to get to the pool for some relief this product is toning my abs muscles to help With core strength and improve my back. Really easy to Understand instructions and easy to apply. Comfortable to use. I bought a second air of pads along with it and was not disappointed. Highly recommend buying this seeing as were all in lockdown, can help get rid of some of the Christmas drink/food weight. If you are a guy I would probably shave the area before use as it may mean hair gets to gel pads and they will need to be changed more often.

I cannot comment on the effectiveness on a large body as I could feel the pulse actions (tried all different modes) when in use, but no effect on my muscles or anything after use (perhaps there is a limit to the depth of fat it can penetrate). I know I am large, but as a size 14/16, I would expect to at least feel something, even through the fat. If not designed for bigger bodies, then that should be made clear so people know to avoid spending money on things that won't work for their body type. I can however comment on the overall working of this product (even if it wasn't effective on me). It appeared to work well the few days, but with less than a week using it, the abs simulator has stopped working. Very disappointing. The gel pads also quickly lose their stickiness (despite following care instructions). You will most certainly need to purchase more replacement gel pads with this item. Delivered 12 days ago, started using it 6 days ago, and already returning it. Disappointing.

Although easy to use and setup The intensity of each level was not really intense inclined, it just felt to me like a stronger vibration, to me level 4 or 5 was the highest level were it actually felt like it was doing something any higher was just harder vibration... also useling the section with the 6 pads for stomach area, the top and bottom sections felt less intensity than the middle section when it's on the same level setting, I'm a bit disappointed overall.

Très bonne adhérence sur la peau, meme après le post grossesse. On sens bien les contractions musculaires. Idéal pour utiliser en combinaison avec la musculation pour optimiser le temps et gagner de masse. L’appareil a 6 modes et 10 niveaux d’intensité. La notice est en anglais mais avec des images tres claires a comprendre. Chargeur universel! La chargé prends normalement 2h environ. Le temps idéal de séance c’est de 30 min.

Super verarbeitet und macht was es verspricht!

Me ha parecido un buen electroestimulador, bastante sobrado. Lo utilizo sólo para abdominales, brazos y hombros y me va de momento muy bien. Hago más tiempo del que recomiendan, a un nivel medio/alto, porque 20 minutos me saben a poco y eso de que quemas las mismas calorías que si corrieras 2000 metros, venga ya, eso es una locura...en fin, esto ayuda y complementa pero no hace milagros. Los impulsos son potentes y en ocasiones dependiendo de la intensidad llegan a ser insoportables. Éste trae 6 modos de simulación y 10 grados de intensidad, algunos son muy intensos y acabas en un par de sesiones seguidas con el músculo fatigado. Los electrodos se ven muy bien y el resto de materiales de calidad. Buscaba que tuviera batería recargable, ya que he tenido uno de baterías triple A y se las comía en poco tiempo. Al final se jodió un controlador de un brazo y preferí comprar otro a estar parcheando...os adelanto que esto funciona, pero hay que ser paciente e insistir a diario, ah!! Hay que hacer algo de deporte, moverse, pesas...algo...sino... De momento da buenas sensaciones y los impulsos son más que suficientes para llegar a realizar un buen entrenamiento.

Ottimo prodotto soprattutto per qualita/prezzo. Lo abbiamo acquistato un po sfiduciosi data la "fama" di questi prodotti, invece, dopo un paio di settimane di utilizzo, devo dire che funziona, ovviamente abbinato a corretta alimentazione ed esercizi. Io parto da una massa magra, abbinandolo agli esercizi mi sta aiutando a far uscire prima i famosi addominali, tonificandomi dopo gli allenamenti, mentre il mio compagno, che e un Po più cicciottello :P lo usa per tonificare, ma soprattutto su un anca dove ha subito un operazione anni fa e lo aiuta a sentire meno dolore. Ottimo prodotto!
