Accusize customer service is 5 stars
I have other Accusize products and this is the first one with an issue. The stem sticks past 1” bur can be pulled out easily. Called Accusize and within 30 seconds Allen said it was defective and a new one will be shipped to me. Easy button

Dial indicator Doesn't return
Originally I ordered two of these the package arrived opened and only one inside after being on the phone with Amazon to get a refund for the missing item I placed an order for the second dial indicator I just opened it and it doesn't function smoothly or return to base position after being depressed I realize you get what you pay for but I feel like I've been ripped off
