Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about a recent purchase of blood glucose test strips that I ordered through your platform. I specifically purchased the product believing it would be compatible with my OneTouch Select Simple Blood Glucose Monitor. However, after receiving the item, I discovered that the test strips are not compatible with my device. I have since been informed that in order to use these strips, I would need to purchase an entirely new monitor, which defeats the purpose of my original purchase. I contacted customer service to request a return or replacement, but I was told that the product is not eligible because it is not considered faulty. While I understand return policies, the product is unusable for me due to compatibility issues that were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. As a result, I have spent money on a medical product that I cannot use. This situation is extremely disappointing, especially given the importance of accurate and affordable access to diabetic testing supplies. I respectfully request that you reconsider my case and provide either a return, exchange, or account credit as a gesture of goodwill. Product is good but too expensive. Few strips not fetching result showing some fault(error code).
