Years ago, as a starving student, I got a cold. At the pharmacy, the generic cold medicine said “same active ingredients as NyQuil.” For 36 years I’ve checked the active ingredients. These are the same as Excedrin, but even less expensive than getting Excedrin at a warehouse store. They do the job and cost less. Good product in my book.

This stuff is the only over the counter med that helps when my back is really hurting. I have some arthritis, but I really take this for low back pain that I have suffered with for most of my life... For some reason regular extra strength Tylenol, or Acetaminophen doesn't work on the back pain...Only this extended release stuff does. And this brand is one I have been buying for some time now. It's so much cheaper than the name brand Tylenol arthritis and works just as good. Even though its supposed to last for 8 hrs, I don't always get that much out of it. But 6 to 7 hours always and for sure. (And its no different with the name brand). Altogether a solid deal here on Amazon that is always in stock, comes at a great price, and is very effective with me... Highly recommended.. : )
