As someone who had to sit for long periods at work during my pregnancy and dealt with constant back discomfort, this wiggle seat was such a game changer for me. It made sitting for extended hours feel much more manageable and comfortable, and I loved that I could adjust the firmness to what felt best for my body each day. I also appreciated that it encouraged me to sit more mindfully instead of slouching, which really helped during long desk days. It’s sturdy, well made, and easy to inflate or deflate depending on your preference. I’ve continued to use it even after pregnancy, and it’s still holding up great. If you sit a lot—whether at work, school, or home—this is a really useful, versatile seat that’s absolutely worth it.

An excellent addition to home fitness! So helpful for loosening your back muscles and for core awareness so to have good posture and build core strength. Standing with both feet on it is great for ankle strengthening and balance then do one leg balance and feel the challenge. Using it for forearm planking is super good and for pressure points on your feet it is excellent. Very easy to incorporate into your day. Be creative with it and reap rewards!

I've used this same cushion in physical therapy and have found it to be of high quality. The pump did not function at all but luckily I had another pump from a different product and used that to inflate the cushion. So, taking one star off for the very poor quality pump. It looks cheap and didn't work right out of the box.

This was recommended by my chiropractor. She has several in her office. They are good for keeping flexibility in your lower back.

The Tumaz cushion came partially inflated and required only a few pumps of air with the included pump to get it to the firmness I wanted for standing on the cushion. I didn't realize it came with a pump, so this was a bonus. It's a good one too, like that used for a bicycle tire. The inflation pin is conveniently screwed into the pump body. I use this primarily to mimic the physical therapy exercises I was given to increase muscle strength in my leg, but it's also the same type of cushion (size and material) my daughter uses for sensory input when sitting in a chair. The bobbles on it keep the wiggles at bay for her. For me, they keep me from slipping off and do not bother the underside of my foot. The material is also soft enough that it won't damage the wood floors. Customer service is top notch and worked with me for another order that was not labeled correctly in the warehouse (not the company's fault). I will definitely spread the word about the unique colors (all of the products come in matching hues), durability, and multiple uses for each product. I'm so tired of black exercise equipment, and am happy to add stylish, quality pieces that work very well.

I love the size color and strength of this wobble. The only thing that really annoys me is that when I blow it up to capacity, the side has like a bend and dip kind of thing going on, like it is folds in on one side, so it makes it harder to stand balance, but it is possible so, after much considering of returning it, I kept it due to the fact it still works for Sit- wobble but would not try to do balance standing. Teal.

I initially bought this wobble cushion for my preschooler who has trouble sitting still at dinner. It has helped to keep him at the table longer, which is awesome! I’ve also sat on it while working from home and it is so comfortable! I decided to buy a second one for me! I’m also excited to try using it/them for exercise in the future. They feel very sturdy and strong and likely to last a long time. I was concerned about buying a wiggle cushion for our kitchen chairs because other brands had reviews from people saying that they had removed their wood finish. I’m confident that these will be safe on our wooden chairs since the material is not sticky! Love this purchase! The cushions arrived with some air (maybe 50-75% filled). Because I wanted a more wobbly feel, I didn’t blow them up more and think they’re great for our purposes. But I love that they came with a pump (also nice quality!)!
