Not sure how to use this. Is there a better video ?

I don’t know if a video is available but it works!

Where is this device made?

Of course china. Everything is made in China. They have no right to make pet food, pet supplies, or ANYTHING having to do with animals. I refuse to buy anything related to animals that is made in China. ESPECIALLY pet food. Anyone who tortures dogs alive including skinning them to sell US their skin, (yes it is true..look up China's fur trade) has no place on this Earth, let alone manufacturing products for them to get OUR money.

Will this work on a puppy to stop biting?

yes it should correct any bad behaviors. Or you can also train the puppy. If it bites too hard while playing you tell it no and stop playing with it.

I need to deter the neighbors dogs from chasing my cats. I don't want this if it is going to run my cats off too. Anyone else had this issue?

It did not work to scare off a dog that approached me.
