Nice to have a Dipstick Finally.
Works perfectly for my 2008 Dodge Sprinter. Once you get the feel for how far it goes init's easy, does not go all the way, just as described and intended. Measures well each time and is easy to read the dip stick. Would buy again

Works for Mercedes
For reference. We have a 98 e320 4matic wagon and this works with it fine. Mnfactr Code: (210.282) โW210โ / TRANSMISSION: 722.6 This is a flexible dipstick - in all directions and was able to flex down the first turn from the entrance in the transmission fluid pipe /tube. I originally bought one of the flat style dip stick. DO NOT use the flat. GET THIS ONE -- works for sure

Old Mercedes can now be maintained
Office because I have a 1997 E-series Mercedes. I felt it was a little turkey and have been adding transmission fluid. Seems like I was adding it more than I needed but this has helped me check the exact level. Great product best price on Amazon.

Excellent value with the needed locking cap parts
Fantastic that they included a whole bunch of locking pins and seals for repeated use, plus a replacement cap in case you damage yours. Instructions are clear and correct. Read them, and know that you need to stop when the tip reaches the bottom, even though there will likely be a lot of length remaining outside the tube. Inspect the tip and if it looks damaged or significantly bent due to Amazon shipping it in the thinnest envelope, I would not use it. Mine was a little curved due to this, but it didn't seem to stress the plastic when I warmed a bit and realigned it. Just know, though, that any broken bit of plastic tip in your pan could destroy transmission and pan should be dropped to find it, immediately, if that happens.
