After purchasing the Oak Hideaway ironing center, the manufacturer contacted me and to my surprise was only a mile or so from my house. The unit itself is well made with apparent craftsmanship. I installed the unit in my laundry room, it’s dimensions fitting perfectly between wall studs. Installation was straightforward with good results. It’s enjoyable to use, as enjoyable as ironing can be, that is. The unit is attractive and matches the shaker cabinets in my utility room. I also bought the Ironing board cover at Amazon and it fits this ironing board perfectly.

Wonderful product only complaint is the company will not respond to me. The ironing board doesn’t come with a sleeve cover and I would just like to purchase one. I don’t care that I have to pay for it I just want to know where to find one.

I needed additional support after ordering this product. The customer service I received was beyond what I expected, they were kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.In addition the customer service I received, I and so please with the quality of my ironing board. It is perfect for my space and so well made.

I am a home builder and we used this ironing board in one of our houses. We had misplaced a part and seller sent us new ones on 2 day express shipping. I would highly recommend using this. It folds up and fits in the space perfectly. Easy to install for my trim carpenter.
