We love our Grub Hub!
We just got back from our first camping trip using the Grub Hub, and we are extremely pleased. We camped with a large group from our son's school, and everyone agreed that we had the best kitchen setup. It worked great. I took my time packing it before hand, it's really amazing how much you can store in it when it's collapsed. That's the best thing about it, you can just store all your kitchen gear in it, and when you get to camp, you're all set up in 3 minutes, and instantly have access to all your pre-organized kitchen stuff, with plenty of work space. It is really remarkably sturdy, feels solid and well-built. Packing out at the end of the trip was also much easier with this thing. There's a large pocket on the front that fits our Coleman 2-burner stove perfectly, and we happened to have a couple of medium sized rubbermaid plastic bins that each fit neatly inside the main compartment, on the adjustable velcro shelves. We even found that our portable grill grate fits under the folded down table in the back, and there are some deep pockets on the sides that are just right for our long marshmallow forks, and some long grilling tools. The sink and mesh drying bags work well for washing dishes and cleaning up. We ordered the separate MSR water bag and hose. We did have a couple of problems with that item, but since they were not designed by Grub Hub, I'm not dinging them in this review. Basically the water in the bag came out tasting terrible, probably from the bag lining, so it's only good for washing up. And the little valve that comes on the end of the hose is very difficult to operate with one hand. You can turn it on OK, but turning it off is tricky. I'm now on the lookout for an easier valve, and also some way to rig up a simple armature or piece of wire or something, that can hold the valve above the sink, so you could turn it on and water would just run into the sink, hands free. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out. It's so nice having easy access to paper towels that are protected from morning dew. The garbage bag placement out on the end of the left wing is clever, since any yellow jackets or flies are lured away from the cooking area. The organizer with mesh pockets is brilliant, and holds so much stuff! Easy to see and find everything, no more rummaging through totes. The little arm with "hooks" has its limitations, since the hooks will only fit certain utensils, but I rigged up a tin can with some wire so it can attach to one of the poles, and I keep most of the spoons, spatulas and other utensils in that. With all our stuff in there, this thing is truly heavy, but the wheels and handle make it very easy to roll from car to campsite. It's definitely not a backpacking item. It's nice to know that it's out there in our garage, all stocked and ready to go at a moment's notice, so hopefully we can enjoy some spontaneity and go on last minute camping trips. We love Grub Hub.

Fabulous!
OK. This is expensive. However, it is awesome. We did hesitate to purchase because of the cost but once you see it you understand and appreciate the expense. It is ingenious. It is extremely well built and will last us for years. The storage capabilities are incredible with pouch, after pouch, after pouch of extra space and shelving for dishes, pots and pans and canned/dry goods. The trick will be not to overload it which would make it heavy. But even if you do, it rolls on wheels and is easy to tote from place to place. We have a Camp Chef oven/stove combo that fits quite nicely.....we just put the hanging storage bag on the back rather than the front to eliminate the fire hazard our taller unit would have been otherwise. We love our Grub Hub....you will be the talk of the campground, too!

Jury is out
Ok major design flaw I cannot find a camp stove that fits in any compartment. I have purchased three different stoves from single to double and all are two big to fit not as all in one as you would think

Good purchase.
Mostly good. Cons. The metal edges that help balance the unit are so sharp though that they scratch my kitchen floor when I bring it into the kitchen. That's really the only con. I've used it once in a camping trip. Nicely organized. It seems well made. I am a bit worried though that the zipper on the camp stove section might eventually wear out because there is a lot of strain in it.

Exceeded Expectations.
Researched and read reviews about this for months. Finally decided to buy it and it is amazing. It holds all our gear and is very sturdy. I can lift it in and out of the car myself, and it rolls across uneven ground effortlessly. Sets up and folds down in minutes. No more digging through my two camp boxes trying to find all the gear. We were the envy of camp!! Love this product and definitely feel it is worth the hefty price.

Works well off the grid in our yurt.
We use this in our remote yurt in the North Carolina mountains. Had to use a zip line to get it there. Very high quality materials and build. Think a large airline roller bag that feeds you, and that's this guy. Takes up little space yet provides the essentials for cooking quality meals. We've used it several times a week since November 2014 so it gets a workout. No problems. Very highly recommended.

set up was very simple, seems very sturdy. not heavy-UNTIL I LOADED IT WITH ALL MY CRAP. I only set it up in my living room, I am not impressed with the wash station area, seems to small to be of any real use, in my humble opinion I would of rather had another full table . but that's very nit picky.
