Great tools ata great price
Great little kit for the money. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Have only used a few times but worked great. Would do it again.

Decent for one-time use or beginners
These tools are definitely on the cheaper side and don't feel professional, but they got the job done for my basic guitar setup. I managed to level the frets without any major issues. If you are a pro, look elsewhere, but for a quick DIY fix at this price, it's okay.

Good Starter Fret Kit
This is a Do It Yourself guitar fret maintenance kit. It will, if you need to on your new guitar, help you level out the frets and polish them up. Be advised: You will need painter's tape for the fretboard to prevent scratches when using the fret file and the polishing stones!

Good starting kit
it's a starting kit, fully functional but as a starting kit, not pro. The file is very regular, but useful. I had to clean the edges of the fret rocker, they were uneven and a little sharp.

Excellent Value!
I've always wanted these tools to work on my guitars myself, so I finally ordered thus particular set, more from a price standpoint than anything. When they arrived, I was quite surprised at the "heftyness" of the file and fretboard protectors; they are not flimsy at all! And, I am really pleased with the whet stones included. I have used the file to dress the fret ends on a couple of guitars and it works well; it might not cut exactly like a file a more expensive file but for my purposes, it is quite adequate. The fret rocker is just a straight forward tool thats self explanatory and works as it should. The only negative, if you would call it as such, is the handle of the file. It is smallish in my big miss and I would like to see them make it some larger. The plastic/rubber grip surface is a very nice surface though. All told, I would recommend this kit to those that wish to learn how to work on their guitars instead of paying, sometimes exorbitant, high prices for someone else to do the job. BTW, get a string height gauge and a notched fretboard straight edge!

Great starter kit
I'm an experienced guitar player, but I never really learned how to do my own setups or my own fret work on a guitar before. During my quarantine, however, I figured I'd start learning and attempt to work on my old cheap guitars. In my research, I learned about this kit through Phillip McKnight's YouTube channel. I like it. It definitely suits my needs and my skill level. You can't expect a quality tool kit for less than $20—for perspective, StewMac's crowning file and and fret rocker cost $108 and $30, respectively—but these tools can get the job done if you want to get rid of some fret buzz. Bottom line: If you have no experience doing this kind of work, buy this kit and work on cheap old guitars—if you're successful and have the patience and desire to keep working on guitars, upgrade your tools.

Tools worked for the job that I had.
You get what you pay for. These are cheap tools that lack quality however, I was able to successfully level and recrown a fretboard. If you're going use the tools frequently, buy better ones.

Very inexpensive and worked great!
Wow, wish I had these decades ago to work on guitar frets. Best part is you can buy this for a fraction of the other company's products and it will do the same job. Honing frets is tedious work, but this kit makes the job more efficient, easier. Just keep at it until the leveler stops clicking on frets. String the guitar and test. Make adjustments and you have a fine tuned instrument. Rock ON!
