Can these hold real floral arrangements?

They are surprisingly sturdy, well constructed and "real" looking but I don't think they could sustain the weight of a plant or floral arrangement.

Would these be sturdy enough to hold a 3d printed hollow bust? think of singing busts from disney’s haunted mansion.

Along as they are on a level, solid foundation, yes. I found them to be surprisingly sturdy. Definitely more than they appear to be.
