Perfect for a pure flavour boost, not a bunch of salt or grease
I love this stuff! I would give it around a 2.25 on my personal "heat scale" (1 being a grocery store bell pepper and 10 being akin to a Carolina Reaper). I like that it's a paste, not a liquid, and that it's not at all oily, salty, or with a strong aroma of vinegar. I typically use about a teaspoon in a four-serving soup recipe for an added kick of flavour without salt or fat - nice for folks on special diets! I used a bit in a pasta sauce I made for my sister-in-law - you know the type of person - she just LOOKS at a picture of a hot pepper and instantly gets digestive problems! She had no complaints at all about heat level and wanted to know my secret! 10/10 - Will purchase again and again!

Make sure seals all complete close
It container was individually pack ,which was nice. However, one of the containers was not sealed completely, and the lid was slightly open, causing the sauce to spill all over the bag. The other package was fine. If the lids were secured more tightly before packaging, this would help prevent spills and keep everything clean and intact during delivery.

This type of pepper actually has flavor like cayenne does it's not just about chasing the scoville rating, instead it's got true flavor and in countries like Ecuador in Peru This is a standard condiment on every single table
