Critics describe these books as a very sweet invigorating set of books which are heart-warming, full of love, mystery, hope, and the true meaning of friendship. Includes 4 series starter books (Faith Creek Brides #1, Sun River Brides #1, Silver River Brides #1, Ruby Springs Brides #1) Review: Clean simplified novellas - First story is touching. [Unsure whether story progresses properly in later sequels or more on "other family members";furthermore, takes away from main characters.] The theme of a child involved with smart Barbie meets Ken model is repeated. Not sure how the continuation goes after abrupt ending, but these are clean, simple, short stories and just that. Nothing more. I enjoyed the set because there was some rarity too. The females were not meeting under "normal" settings. Traveling unescorted for thousands of miles into the great unknown. The last story spotted more errors than usual. Sadly, this is the norm. Not sure what to recommend for further reading but enjoyed this boxset bc it offers something unique and little more than common fare. But it is written more as "chapter" stories than complete stories. My grade is more on the effort and enjoyable value than finished product value. Honestly, I was disappointed after not finding a complete novel within but they are decent novellas for what they represent. The links provided with series is unclear & confusing on what is offered. Yes, there is synapis but to what are readers buying- another "chapter"? Review: New house, new wife, new son inone day! - Great characters, descriptive locale, adventure. All these elements make for a really good read. Looking forward to the next in the series. Good author to add to your list of favorites.

Very repetitive
I enjoyed the first story, but then found the second and third story to be quite similar. They all were. In fact one of them I didn't even read because it started out with a petulant child and an important-to-the -country father. Sounds kind of like the senators from the two previous stories. The ladies are all in the employ of either a nice couple or a mean one in an Eastern State and then they go to Texas or Montana or whatever because they write the only letter that the man finds worth reading. So, not a bad writer, just not very inventive. Sweet and innocent, points for that!

Mail Order Bride Four-Book Box Set is Delightful
Four young women, tired of the drudgery of their daily lives, answer matrimonial ads in the hope of finding their true love. Each story is different, and whether you read Catherine's, Amelia's, Myra's or Annie's story, you will be charmed by the women, and dazzled by the gallentry of the men who capture their hearts! This is an awesome set of books!

Great clean stories that I couldnโt put down until I got to the end
This author writes great stories that held my interest till the end and I couldnโt put them down. There were quite a few grammatical errors so proofreading should have been done prior to publication. Otherwise it was a great series ๐ฅฐ

Simple, easy reading
Quick, upbeat stories, rather optimistic, but that's the point, of course. Different stories address different social problems of the era, although the beauty of the west is presented through modern eyeglasses.
