Partially due to USPS, which claimed they couldn't get to the mailbox because it was blocked by snow, which it wasn't. The reason for 4 stars is the CD is a mini, which won't stay in my vertical CD tray on my desktop workstation, so I had to find the Windows 10 drivers on the Digi Scan website.
