**Q: Which one would you use for arms - Yellow or purple?**
A: Depends on your current strength and what exercise you want to perform. I use purple for laterals

**Q: Is there a guide provided on how to attach this to a power rack for assisted pull-ups?**
A: No there isn’t a guide. You just hang it from the top then loop it through itself … put your foot/feet in the band and then do pull ups as usual. Add more bands/thicker bands for more assistance

**Q: Only 41" i length? Isn't that a bis useless to say the least?**
A: Why would that make it useless? If they’re longer then they don’t offer enough resistance - that’s then useless. These bands are fine.

**Q: Is the black band 36 or 67kg? How does it come in two weights?**
