It's a great scooter for beginner/intermediate levels. It's good quality, looks great, and I felt the price was really good for what you get. Make sure you screw the handle bars on properly and super tight. We did it wrong the first time and they came off, but that was our fault. It didn't come with very detailed instructions on how to do it so we youtubed it the second time and haven't had a problem since. It does come with everything needed for assembly, including the wrench to tighten the screws.
