Use a fine needle to unclog the orifice nozzle or the sunction inlet.

This foam cannon worked out great and completely exceeded my expectations. The foam coverage was awesome . It didn't instantly run off like my previous cannon. If you want that satisfying, heavy snow foam look that makes washing your car way easier this is it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than just car washing

I’ve used this foam cannon for washing my car and for cleaning large toter trash cans, and it has worked really well for bothIt’s easy to connect to my pressure washer and the adjustable foam and spray pattern make it easy to control how much soap and coverage I want. The bottle holds plenty of solution and it produces a thick foam when adjusted properly.I’m really happy with how versatile it is. I originally got it for car washing, but it has been especially useful for cleaning my large outdoor trash cans too and I’m planning to use it for cleaning my son’s outdoor toys. It’s been a great addition to my pressure-washing setup and has made cleaning larger and dirtier items much easier.I have experienced no leaks and it gets a great seal.

Great as a starting kit if you're on a budget. Our vehicles are accumulating more dust, dirt, grime, and sludge everywhere we go. So, to get things done quickly, we got this foam cannon with the setup:Westinghouse e3200 pressure washer (~1.1 GPM @ 2800 PSI), already have it in the garage1.1 mm nozzle upgrade over this measured 1.5 mm nozzle for $6.A short sprayer gun with disconnector for $20.Chemical Guys Honeydew ($30) to compare with the Costco Turtle Wash & Wax ($17)I followed the video instructions for the maximum amount of foam generation for the longest resident time. I filled the 1-liter foam cannon bottle with 900 mL of water and 100 mL of car wash & wax. I even tried the 800 mL of water and 200 mL car wash & wax soap. Using the original ~1.5 mm orifice, the resident time doesn't stay on the body more than 3 minutes, even with all the proper settings. Once the 1.1 mm orifice is installed, the resident time is boosted past 10 minutes with ease in the shade, or until the soap starts to dry out through evaporation in the partial sun. Wash your car in the shade whenever you can. The ~1.5 mm orifice is definitely for the much higher GPM gas pressure washers. Anything less than 1.2 GPM, get the orifice upgrade to 1.1 mm or even 1.0 mm.Just a warning, if you're trying to get as much of the car covered as possible with the thickest foam layer, you'd better be ready to use two refills of 100 ml to 125 ml washing soap. It doesn't matter if you're using Chemical Guys or the Turtle Wash & Wax, the foaming resident time and cleaning power are exactly the same. Save yourself some cash and get the cheaper one.Do follow the Chemical Guys' instructions for using a two-5-gal bucket system: one for physical contact and one for rinsing the washing mitt/applicator to prevent scratches. No matter what soap you purchase or how much you spray with the foam cannon, you will need to do a full touch to get the road grime off your vehicle. There's no if, and, or but about it.Just a warning. Once you have finished applying the foam, use the foam cannon as a pre-rinse sprayer to remove as much soap and wax from the foam making mesh as possible, running it for a minute or two until the water runs nice and clear. If you don't, it will get clogged in future usage. If it does happen to clog up, open up the foam maker mesh and let it sit in the 70% alcohol for 5 minutes. It will have no issue in spraying foam again.The great thing about this is the pairing of available nozzles, a foam cannon, an orifice upgrade, and a cheap short spray gun, which will set you back less than most setups out there for your pressure washer.If you're worried about it getting damaged easily, I dropped it at least a dozen times with the bottle fully filled. Lots of scuffle marks, but still works like it's brand new. I also noticed that the bottle could be replaced with one of the larger shampoo bottles I have lying around the house. I upgraded the bottle to a 3-liter bulk version, but that was pretty heavy. I'll stick with this 1-liter bottle and keep the 3 liters for emergency use if the bottle cracks.
