Q: How long will these last unopened? After opening?

i use this quickly, for commercial business. I think if stored properly i.e. cool dark space it will have a good shelf life. It is the best real coconut extract I have found.

Q: Is this more of a flavor enhancer than a flavoring? (I think a lot of chocolate extracts are for enhancing a chocolate that's already present.)

The coconut extract can be used to add coconut aroma and flavor to your favorite recipes. It can also enhance the flavor in dishes where coconut is already present.

Q: Can this be used in flavoring homemade (in a machine) Coconut Yogurt?

That sounds delicious. I've never made homemade yogurt but I don't see why this would not be good for that. I use it in homemade coffee creamer and coconut french toast.

Q: what are the ingredients listed on the bottle?

This is mostly Alcohol (does NOT say organic, but what else could it be!), Water, and Glycerin, with some Natural Coconut FlavorS as minor ingredients. For the price, one would have hoped for a more robust Coconut presence. But it IS OliveNation, so maybe there is no better.
