(Set includes: one-piece standard size weight bar, 2 standard spring retaining clips, 2 x 25lb. weight plates, 2 x 15lb. weight plates and 4 x 10lb. weight plates.) The 1.25" x 1.25" heavy duty steel tube frame has a durable powder coat finish designed to withstand years of bench pressing. After using it for a year, here are my thoughts:They didnt put very much thought into the design of this bench. You cant have the weights racked and be able to move the bench up and down. The 25 lb weights are too tall for that.The poles for the cable pull down and the leg curls are 2 different sizes. You cannot fit more than 2 plates on the cable pull down, but you can fit 3 on the leg curl bar. Makes it a real inconvenience you are wanting to lift more than 50 on the cable.Other than those design flaws, the system does its job. Ive been using it for a year, and its done its job.
