Review: Great product! - It was the best product to use after my surgery. Don’t waste your money on the Shapeware. It causes more problems than good. Buy a couple of these that way you can switch them out and wash them and you’ll be much happier that you didn’t waste the money on the Shapeware underwear, which was so uncomfortable. I tried several types. None of them worked.

A: Hi Anna. Most doctors advise to start wearing a binder a couple of days after giving birth, which means you have time to order based on your measurements right after giving birth. However, if you prefer to order your binder in advance, you can use your hip-measurement before you became pregnant. In this case make sure to order a size up when unsure, as you can always adjust the size down with the Velcro-like hook and loop closure. Good luck.

It was the best product to use after my surgery. Don’t waste your money on the Shapeware. It causes more problems than good.
