The isolate really dissolves easily. Lukewarm water is slightly better than chilled water, but the chilled water takes only a little more stirring in a typical paper cup or coffee cup. Shaker bottle, no Problem. I mix up 3 servings in a large shaker (8 oz each) and consume it as my between meals supplement. On heavy days where I know I've taxed the body, I drink two servings before bed; often using a lesser amount of water and using a nutri-bullet blender, but about 12 ounces of water in a shaker bottle (with or without the wire "ball" thing) works just fine too. Really, just a disposable water bottle works too.
